Allowable waste materials

Disposal of non-biodegradable waste materials must be processed in accordance with each waste facility's policies. See our general list of acceptable, non-acceptable bin materials and the disposal of hazardous and restricted waste.

  • Shingles
  • Asphalt
  • Leaves/Soil/Dirt/Sod
  • Firewood/Stumps
  • Garbage – Must not include items not accepted
  • Steel Rebar

Waste that cannot
be put in the bin

  • Rubber Tires
  • Hazardous Materials
  • Some materials such as soil and concrete may not be mixed with regular garbage

Containers containing hazardous or restricted materials, will be returned to bin renter who could face fines or charges of criminal negligence.
